Insurance and Dental Plan

• Providing high quality care is the goal of our practice. Our office accepts all traditional types of insurance, and most discounts plans. We will file your insurance claims for you at no additional charge. However, we do appreciate necessary co-payments and deductibles to be paid by the patient on the day of service.
• We accept VISA, MaterCard, Discover, & American Express, as well as cash or check payments.
